premises are the property of the local council – Hull City Council – and are on
a long term lease to the association.

The association is a registered charity and under the constitution of the association it is a not for profit organisation. The association exists to assist the public of the city of Kingston upon Hull and to improve the standard of living of its members and the general public.

Under the constitution it is open to all people irrelevant of race / colour / gender religion or sexual preference.

It is not permitted for individuals to use the associations – name – charity number or premises for personal financial gain or for any purpose that contradict the constitution & standing order or that breaks the law of the country.

Membership of the Association is open to all citizens of Kingston Upon Hull and a small annual membership fee is payable by all members.
